Kiamie (key ah’mee) Wine Cellars is a collaboration between two NY natives, Aram Deirmenjian and Greg Johnson. Their tasting room is located on Adelaida Rd. in the beautiful west side of Paso Robles and is probably some of the most fun I have ever had at any wine tasting I’ve ever been to.
Warmly greeted by Greg and Aram, it was like we were a part of the family, hanging out in the backyard yard just catching up.
Oh, did I mention there was a goat?
His name is Goat and loves to hang out and beg for carrots.
There is plenty of outdoor space for tastings as well as a tasting room, when COVID-19 is over. The property is also very dog friendly if you have a furry friend with you!
The Wine
Not only is the atmosphere such a blast, but the wines are incredible too!
Kiamie Wine Cellars specializes in blends of West Side Paso Robles mountain vineyards fruit. With Rhône and Bordeaux style blends, there is something for everyone. Also, if you are a rosé fan, their rosé of Grenache is fantastic.
